I remember the first time I saw a pair of running shoes. I was in 7th grade and my dad dragged me to the shoe store to see the latest styles in shoes. His first pair of running shoes felt good and my new ones were the same. I loved them. The next time I saw them, they were worn out and the foot was completely different from the previous ones.

I remember also the first time I heard a guy say, “I think I’ve got a problem.

For years people have said running shoes are for old people, but they really aren’t. They’re really just a way to carry your feet a few inches higher. My dad’s first pair were way lower than they are now, but I remember his getting angry because he was feeling sore. It was pretty much the same thing with the new ones. He thought they were giving him a pain pump, but they weren’t. It was just a difference in height.

I think of running shoes as a type of exercise. You can also wear them for other purposes, but the best ones allow your feet to move much more freely. It helps prepare your feet to support your body weight more easily. The downside is that when your feet move so much, you are also moving your hips.

The main point of a person’s day is to get to know the rest of the world, and with a lot of people watching, the world is pretty much as complete. I know my days have been more focused on just getting to know the rest of the world, but I’m still having to deal with the daily grind, and my body is pretty lousy at the moment.
