These are the most common health myths I’ve ever encountered and I was really surprised to find out how common many of them are. Here are the top three health myths from the last year.

The first myth is the belief that just having a healthy diet and exercise routine is enough to protect you from getting sick. As I told you last November, you have a lot of things in your body that you do not know about, and getting sick can seem like the only way to have a clue about something bad that you don’t recognize.
