I have had the opportunity to work with coatings companies for several years. And I can attest to the fact that the majority of those companies are full of ‘self-awareness’, that is, they’re not afraid to ask you to do things that you may not want to do. They’re afraid of the fact that they’re not giving you the control.

The fact that most coatings companies are full of self-awareness is one of the reasons that I don’t trust them. They have no intention of telling you what to do when you ask them to do it. They may even try to get you to do things that you don’t want to do or that you know you shouldn’t be doing. I know there are many companies out there who are far more self-aware than most of the ones I work with.

Also avoid starting a business you do not control. I once worked for a company named The Powder Coaters where we were supposed to make a powder coat that was the equivalent of $30k a year. We were able to make about $10k a year, but that was for one coat that was supposed to last 4 days. The owner was trying to get in touch with our CEO and told him that we were making $50k a year.

The Powder Coaters’ market consists of companies that don’t require a specific product or color, but rather a general purpose.

Powder Coaters are businesses that sell powder coat products, and all of those powder coat products are different in terms of color, coating, or application, and all powder coat products have different requirements for a specific job. They can work on all types of buildings, from homes and apartments to office buildings and hotels. So, it’s not like we need to buy paint to apply powder coat products. We just need to buy more powder coat products and more powder coat suppliers.
