It just so happens that I’m always on my feet and constantly working to improve my health. I feel like everything I’m doing is really good, so at the same time, I’m always using my body to help me in a positive way. I think in a lot of ways this is all part of being a successful, committed individual, and I do this because it gives me a feeling of control that I can’t use.

Im lucky enough that I feel a lot about my health, and I know that, when I’m on my feet all day, I should do my best to live an active lifestyle. That’s why I’m always working out. I also use this to give me an edge in the gym. I get in there and do all the stuff that I enjoy most and I’m always training, so I work my body until my body is screaming for my attention.

I’ve heard the saying that this was the only time when my fitness seemed to increase or decrease due to my weight, but you can’t really tell the difference between a weight-loss program and a diet. To have a healthy weight is great, I suppose, but I don’t know if I want to be that. I’m definitely not that type of person if I’m not healthy.
