The truth is, all our goals are in our own control. That you should spend less money on medical care and more on eating right and exercising will not change unless you do some self-awareness. I know it sounds like a cliché, but it’s true.

In the past when people were sick, they did not need to pay for medical care. Now they do. It is so easy for people to forget how much they spend on health care and only focus on the medical bill. One of the easiest things to do is to give up fast food and other processed foods. By doing so, we can prevent a slew of health problems such as diabetes, high cholesterol, obesity, and even cancer. You can even take steps to prevent certain cancers like uterine cancer by eating a low fat diet.
