I have been using the word “healthy” to describe a lot of things in my life. I think it is because I am always looking for ways to be healthy and in control of my health. The word has many meanings but has to do with the state of being healthy. There are a number of ways to be healthy. You can be healthy to others, to yourself, or to your body, and I think health is one way to be healthy.
How many people have health problems in the last 100 years? How often? I don’t think there’s any correlation between the number of health problems in the last 100 years and the rate of disease. I think health is a number that’s only one thing.
The problem with health, is that it’s difficult to measure. A person can be healthy with no symptoms, but if they do something wrong they may get sick. That’s why it’s so great to have a health tracker. You are able to see all of the health symptoms and then make a decision. For example, if you are healthy you can just get out of the shower and eat a snack, and if you are sick you can get out of the shower and go to the doctor.
Thats true, but as I said, health is a number that is difficult to measure. The more we can measure it, the better our lives will be. I think its important that we look at this health issue from a holistic perspective.
The game is very simple. That’s why it’s so important to watch your diet and exercise. If you don’t exercise and eat right, you may never be able to have a heart attack. It’s important to eat right, because your body can tell if you’re eating right.
