I have always considered a diet to be the best way to prevent illness. This is not a diet where you have to make a bunch of drastic health changes to lose weight. This is a diet that’s based on the principles of eating right, building your body, and being present. In my opinion, eating healthy is only half the battle. Eating properly can also have other benefits to your health, so I’m putting self-awareness to work.

I’ve been doing this for a few months now. I’d have the time to spend with my husband and kids and be out in the garden, while my wife and I are running around with our kids. But it’s no use.
